OK, by now you’ve heard of Tard, the Grumpy Cat, right?
You know, the cat that always looks grumpy and unhappy. Her photos have made for some hysterical LOL cat commentary! Well, I was pretty excited to find this fabric, because lol and behold, it has a grumpy cat on it! No jokes!
“I had fun once. It was awful!”
“Worst apocalypse ever.”
“Of all the nine lives I’ve lived, this is the worst.”
I’ve learned a few things about photographing cats. The first one is that you need an assistant. You also need some cat toys, and hopefully your models will soon stop screwing around, get sleepy, and do stuff like this:
If you love reality TV, especially shows about people who are a bit unusual, you probably already know about Preppers and how they prepare for the end of the world. No matter your preferred doomsday scenario, you’re going to need food, shelter and weaponry. Show your cat how much you care by providing him with the shelter he needs when the zombies begin to walk, the lava flows, and the economy crashes!
Some cats are like little trolls. They like to hide and peek out at you, watching safely from their private caves.
This silly blue thing was an experiment in creating a kitty cave. I really enjoyed watching Twix check it out! His tail is so freakishly long that it doesn’t quite all fit inside!
I previously posted this photo shoot here, and just learned about this nice web tool for making .gifs from the Glowgirly blog. She has provided a helpful two-part tutorial on how to create these animations, and alerted me to this easy to use web tool at MakeAGif.com that creates the .gif after you upload the photos. The tool is easy to use and the end result can be downloaded or shared with your friends!
