I learned that people aren’t that great about leaving feedback for sellers on eBay or Etsy. I think we are just busy and we forget to do it. Well, it is a really different story when our cats are involved! My Cat Ball customers are really good about remembering to leave me feedback! Not only do they leave me feedback, they also often take the time and effort to send me letters, thank you notes and photos!
